By using our website and/or registering your details with WRC, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions, including those laid out in the FAQs under the question on privacy.

WRC shall sell and the customer shall purchase the goods subject to these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by the customer and WRC.

WRC employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods or any Services unless confirmed by WRC in writing. The customer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any breach of any such representations that are not so confirmed.

WRC assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the WRC web site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites. WRC may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that WRC endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

WRC shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of WRC obligations in relation to the goods or services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond WRC's reasonable control or due to the customer's fault.

If any element of the conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

WRC attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, assume no duty to update such information and WRC cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.

WRC does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at anytime. Where possible, prior e-mail notification will be given.

WRC will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicably possible after being notified of them.

WRC does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

WRC does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site or any failure to complete a transaction.

WRC does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site.

Ordering
WRC aim to delivery the goods within 28 working days from date of order unless notified on product information.

Orders maybe delayed, if products are not available and WRC will not be responsible for any delays. Customers will be e-mailed regarding any possible delay and given the option of cancelling the order.

Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only. WRC reserves the right to refuse or remove items from sale or alter their specification without prior notice.

WRC will issue each order with a number If you are e-mailing WRC regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote order number, date of order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay.

WRC will send an automatic e-mail to confirm your order details.

The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice.

Where any valid claim is notified to WRC in accordance with these terms and conditions, shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at WRC sole discretion, refund to the customer the price of the goods (or proportionate part of the price) but WRC shall have no further liability to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for duty within the country of delivery. WRC will not accept any responsibility for unpaid duty on any orders sent. Only payment for goods and delivery charge have been charged on the customers invoice.

Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of despatch from the WRC Store.

Fulfilment of orders and payment
Performance Clothing shall fulfil all WRC Store orders being despatched Worldwide.

Performance Clothing will ensure payment is taken in full and this will correspond with the customers invoice and order place on the website.

This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Refunds & Exchanges
WRC supply a sizing chart for all products and can't be held responsible for incorrect ordering by customers. WRC are happy to exchange incorrectly ordered products, but additional shipping charges maybe applied before goods are despatched.

Goods will only be accepted, if returned as purchased and in the original packaging.

WRC aim to supply the highest quality of product and designs. If any product is found to be faulty this should be returned to the address detailed in the fulfilment section ensuring this is despatched to the company applicable to your order Each return will be evaluated and if a faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.

Please enclose full order details and product fault to ensure your query can be rectified without delay.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products
WRC reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the goods' quality or performance as part of a policy of continuous improvement.

Products may differ slightly from the images shown.

Car Parts and used team kit.
You acknowledge and confirm that the car part or team property are for show purpose only, not to be used in a racing context and hereby release WRC absolutely from any loss, damage or injury including death that may be sustained by You or Your property or any third party or the property of any third party however sustained as a result of or in connection with Your use, operation, control, exploitation or display of the item provided.

Payment
Payment can only be accepted by credit cards placed on the website.
Any discrepancies should be e-mailed to WRC immediately and will be rectified if found to be valid.

A copy of your invoice will be despatched with the goods ordered.
A copy of your credit card slip and invoice will be posted to your address.

Data information
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by WRC in the manner set out in the privacy question of the FAQs.
